As the days slowly grow longer, so does our Mrs. Murphy’s Choir song list!

We are now working on a collection of new songs as well as old favorites (from madrigals and spirituals to American roots music, country, jazz and folk) in preparation for our choir trip to Ireland in June 2016.

Kate, our talented choirmate, director and arranger, has prepared a number of beautiful new pieces for us, with the goal of having several unique sets of music for our concert tour of the Emerald Isle. So far we’ve booked performances in Killarney, Galway and Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin.

In the meantime, we are raising funds to help pay for our Ireland trip and keeping our repertoire of favorites ready for local performances this winter and spring.
