Kicking off the Song Season of Ireland!

After our summer hiatus, Mrs. Murphy’s Choir has kicked off our fall season. We’re working up a new song list in preparation for our choir’s trip to Ireland in June 2016. Of course, we’re also keeping our old favorites and holiday tunes warmed up for performances this fall and winter — all now focused on fundraising for the Ireland trip.

Last month our “season opener” was a performance for the annual Chamber of Commerce dinner in Banks, Oregon. We’re now scheduling bookings for fall events and the holiday season. We sing a mix of Celtic music, 30s & 40s jazz tunes, river music, spirituals, contemporary songs and western classics, so if you’re looking for lighthearted musical entertainment for your office party, fall wedding, birthday bash or holiday gathering, please get in touch!
